You're the person friends and family call when something needs fixing, building, or figuring out. You have real, hands-on experience in at least one of our service areas — home repair, life coaching, event support, or mentorship.
You don't just complete tasks — you connect with people. You're patient, non-judgmental, and comfortable helping someone who might not know where to start. You leave people feeling better than when you arrived.
You show up. On time. Ready to work. You communicate clearly, follow through on what you say, and understand that for our clients, reliability isn't a nice-to-have — it's the whole point.
What You'll Earn
Rates vary by service type and reflect the expertise involved. All rates are paid per hour of service rendered.
Note: Final rates are determined during the onboarding process based on your experience, credentials, and service area. Pay is processed weekly. You set your own availability — we match you with clients accordingly.

We review your application form, service areas, and experience. If it's a strong fit, we'll reach out within 5–7 business days to move forward.
A one-on-one conversation with Mitchell to get to know you — your experience, your approach, and whether the Good Dad spirit matches what we're building.
A standard criminal background check is conducted on all applicants moving to the next stage. This keeps our clients — and our team — safe.
We'll reach out to one or two professional references to confirm your track record. Once cleared, you're officially a Good Dad — and we get you set up to start.
