📍 Austin, TX ⚡ Flexible Scheduling 💵 Competitive Pay 🤝 Meaningful Work

More Than a Gig

This isn't a side hustle app. The people we work with aren't just contractors — they're the face of something people actually need. Our clients come to us in real moments: a first apartment, a graduation, a tough life decision, a leaky pipe at 8am.

You show up. You help. People's lives are genuinely better because you were there. We hear it directly from clients — and it never gets old.

In return, we offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the chance to do work that actually feels good at the end of the day. We're small right now, which means you're not a number — you're part of building something from the ground up.

"The right kind of help isn't just competent — it's warm. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and the standard we look for in everyone who joins this team."

— Mitchell H., Founder

The Right Fit

Who We're Looking For

We don't just need skills — we need people. Here's what makes a Good Dad great.

🛠️

Practically Skilled

You're the person friends and family call when something needs fixing, building, or figuring out. You have real, hands-on experience in at least one of our service areas — home repair, life coaching, event support, or mentorship.

🤝

Genuinely Warm

You don't just complete tasks — you connect with people. You're patient, non-judgmental, and comfortable helping someone who might not know where to start. You leave people feeling better than when you arrived.

Reliably Dependable

You show up. On time. Ready to work. You communicate clearly, follow through on what you say, and understand that for our clients, reliability isn't a nice-to-have — it's the whole point.
