Cancellation Policy
12-Hour Cancellation Notice Requirement
All service bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms: any booking canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 hours of the booked service rate.
Key Details
- The cancellation fee is calculated based on the hourly rate of the specific service that was booked.
- This fee applies regardless of cancellation reason.
- 50% of the cancellation fee (1 hour) is credited back if you rebook within 2 weeks of your original booking.
- Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any fee.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, contact The Good Dad Co. at (512) 695-0675 by phone or text. The time and date of your cancellation request will determine whether the 12-hour window applies.
Last-Minute Booking Policy
We accommodate our family members' schedules as best we can. As parents ourselves, we know things change and sometimes you need help unexpectedly. However, to ensure quality service, we need to give our Dads adequate advance notice.
If you schedule a service within 24 hours, a 10% fee will be added to your final bill.
